The Rainbow I am speaking of is a person here in Albuquerque. She spoke in front of the New Mexico UFO/ Paranormal Forum during their February meeting about her lifetime experiences and abductions in the strange world of alien contact. I would say for most encounters with aliens, you typically do not intend to have one when you wake up on that particular day. It’s more like an “Oh Shit” reaction when you feel them coming.

Rainbow’s abduction experience began at the early age of 5 or 6 years old and continues today. Her memories of these encounters flashed back to her later in life around the age of 40. The flashback of an encounter she had in the west mesa area of Albuquerque opened her memory floodgates. Before 40 she was always very uncomfortable traveling on the west side of Albuquerque. And finally at 40 she knew why. Those encounters started as an innocent ride in a catholic school bus to the west mesa area. But as soon as she and her classmates got off the bus, there were three large alien ships. The children were told to line up in a straight line and wait for further instruction. Large grey aliens were walking among the children to keep order; one approached Rainbow and told her the chosen ones would not be coming back. This for obvious reasons this comment sent fear racing throughout her body. But on that day she was not chosen.

She has had many other experiences over her lifetime, all she perceives to have happened in New Mexico. One particular encounter in Santa Rosa, involved her husband; they were riding horses when they both encountered a tall blonde Nordic being who was standing by a her small alien craft, claiming to be trying to repair it. The being was pleasant, even showing Rainbow the inside of the craft.
One of the interesting themes that move through Alien/UFO community is the alien interest in human children, although I suspect some of these children are actually human/alien hybrids. Note, New Mexico has the highest level of missing children in the United States. I read recently Homeland Security and local law enforcement officers are teaming up and developing a task force to see why this is true.

Reference to ancient Indian flying vehicles comes from ancient Indian sources, many are the well known ancient Indian Epics, and there are literally hundreds of them. Most of them have not even been translated into English yet from the old Sanskrit.

It is claimed that a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some Sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated. Dr. Ruth Reyna of the University said recently that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships!

Their method of propulsion, she said, was “anti-gravitational” and was based upon a system analogous to that of “laghima,” the unknown power of the ego existing in man’s physiological makeup, “a centrifugal force strong enough to counteract all gravitational pull.”

According to Hindu Yogis, it is this “laghima” which enables a person to levitate. Dr. Reyna said that on board these machines, which were called “Astras” by the text, the ancient Indians could have sent a detachment of men onto any planet, according to the document, which is thought to be thousands of years old. The manuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of “antima”, “the cap of invisibility” and “garima”, “how to become as heavy as a mountain of lead.”

This report comes as a result of an interview with a member of the Dallas Police Department. I was approached by the officer who had read the article that I posted on www.ufoclearinghouse.webs.com about the incident in Dallas, Texas. He contacted me and we communicated via e-mail (his choice) and after he gave me information to verify that he was a member of the Dallas Police Department, He offered to give me information in regards to the incident that occurred on the evening of August 7th and early morning of August 8, 2009.

The only condition that he had was that he did not want to reveal his name, or any other information that would allow him to be identified by anyone of his superiors or by any of the agencies that were involved in the operation that night. I tentatively agreed, and then sought the advice of another one of my fellow researchers to see where I stood in regards to this. I then contacted him and agreed to his terms and set up a time for us to discuss the events of that evening.

The officer, who was an 8 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, was assigned to normal street patrol in a particular section of the city (again information has been withheld per his request). He was called via his mobile phone and requested to report back to the district police station, no explanation was given, no words other than “We need you to report back to the station immediately” He was told that someone would meet him at the entrance and to do as he was instructed. As sudden as the call came, it ended with the other party simply hanging up.

The officer then proceeded to the station as instructed; when he arrived at the station, he noticed that other patrol cars were also arriving and that the other dozen or so officers looked just as confused as he did. The officer was met by a pair of men in black fatigues who greeted the officers, they then asked the officers to please, leave all communication items in their patrol cars. No radios, no mobile phones were to be taken inside with them.
After a short pause of bewildered mumbling, the officers complied and then were walked into the station; they were lead into one of the station briefing areas. They were met by a couple supervisors and more men in black fatigues.

The men were briefed that their help was needed to provide an impromptu escort for a truck carrying “cargo”. No other information was given, no questions were asked by the officers. They were told that this was a military operation and that they needed to act to secure the “cargo” and clean up the situation before the sun rose. They were told normally, military personnel would handle the situation, but since time was of the essence, they were going to use officers of the Dallas Police Department to secure the route the flat bed would take. The military officer in charge advised them that this was not going to be “pretty” and that “they had no time to wrap up the present, nice and neat”.

The officer at this point made the comment to me that he felt that this was not the first time this particular military officer had done this. When asked, the officer noted that the military personnel, who were in the room, including the officer, wore only the solid black fatigues, black combat boots and had no name tags, rank insignia, or unit designation on their uniforms.

It is here that the military officer instructed the officers that anything that happened during this “exercise” would have be held in the strictest secrecy, no one was allowed to talk about this, not to each other, not to their families, and not to fellow officers. The reports that they filled out would be handed directly to their supervisor who was instructed on how to handle those reports and hand them over to the military for safekeeping. The officer then stated that they were all required to sign a paper stating that they could be prosecuted for talking about this operation to anyone with out express permission from the United States government.

It was here that we took a few minutes break since the officer asked if we could take a few minutes break, he had to use the bathroom and grab bottled water. I agreed and pretty much did the same.

When we came back, we kind of re-capped the events up to the point, making sure to try to get as much as I could into the report. The officer again, reiterated that he would not give out any information that could possibly lead to his identification. I again agreed to his terms and proceeded with the interview.

The officer stated that he was given his instructions, he and four other officers were to block entrances to on ramps to Interstate 20, not allowing anyone access to the interstate till the convoy was safely down the road. He was instructed if the drivers were already on the interstate, to pull them over and hold them there until the convoy passed, using his car and himself, if possible to shield the driver and any passengers from seeing the flatbed as it passed by and continued down the road. They were instructed that the flat bed’s driver was instructed to keep driving as high a speed as he could without compromising the load’s integrity. Therefore it was up to the officers to keep the path clear of civilian vehicles.

The officer would not give specific details as to where exactly they met up with the truck or where the truck originated its journey. The officer threatened to end the interview if I kept insisting that he give out specific details. The only tidbit of information the officer gave me, was a passing comment that he was able to look out the window and see mixture of moon light and other lights reflecting off of Joe Pool Lake. The officer stated that they met a large semi- truck pulling a flat bed truck with what looked like a circular object on the back of it. The object was securely chained to the flat bed, but was uncovered. The object was a sort of dull gun metal grey from what he could see as the truck sped under the street lights. The officer noted that when the truck initially passed, there seemed to be a strange odor. The officer did not say if it came from the smoldering object on the back of the truck. He stated it smelt a lot like smoldering sulfur

The officer then described how the went about blocking the roads, while one blocked the exits or pulled over motorists, others would race ahead to clear out traffic and block other on-ramps and access points to the interstate, once the convoy had passed and gotten sufficiently down the road, he would then open the road back up and race to catch up and re-join the others in the rotation. He described how some of the government vehicles assisted them by blocking the on-ramps, he stated the vehicles carried four people in each one, each one of the passengers were dressed in full battle fatigues with body armor and carrying weapons. As the convoy wound its way through the interstate, the procedure was all the same, stop anyone already on the road, and block traffic from coming onto the interstate. The officer stated that they travelled approximately 10-12 miles before they were radioed instructions to proceed back to the station. When asked about the destination of the object, he responded that he did not know, others took over the job of escorting the truck and they were told to head back to the station post haste.

The officer then told of being met there by other men, these men did not wear fatigues, but wore suits. They were debriefed and told that they had taken part of a government response drill. That was being conducted in major cities through out the United States to gauge the response time of the military and local law enforcement to an incident such as the crash of a highly classified government plane or satellite. They were instructed, as before that they were not to speak of this; they would have to keep it to themselves for the sake of military security. They were then instructed on the procedure of turning in any reports that they had to write up to the police department supervisor.

At this point the officer’s family had returned home and the officer advised me that he did not want to speak with them present. He advised that we could make arrangements to speak again and wrap up the interview at a later time, when he would not expose the family to this. I agreed and advised him that I would write him back to set up the time.

I have written him back, twice and have not heard a response back, when I attempted to write him back a third time, the email came back to me as a failed to deliver. I therefore decided to publish as much as I could with the information given to me.

As far as the US Haiti quake rumor is concerned, Venezuela believes we totally did it, but that’s President Hugo Chavez’s theory. But now let’s talk science and gas/oil fracking, which is injecting water and a cocktail of chemicals deep into the earth to release gas and oil to be recovered back at the surface, to keep the oil companies fat and rich. There is a county east of Oklahoma City, which a few years ago averaged about 50 small quakes per year, going back a hundred years, but since fracking started a few years ago this last twelve months 1050+ quakes occurred including, a 4.6, 4.8 and a 5.6 (a damage maker). Similar situations have happened during the last few years in Virginia, Arkansas, the UK, and British Columbia.

Please note there are thousands of square miles of potential fracking land throughout the US. The National Academy of Sciences is studying seismic effects of fracking and they will issue a report in Spring 2012. And note we have not mentioned the ground water contamination caused by fracking, which is another problem just as tragic as the manmade earthquakes.

I read the other day from some pretty important research that the Greys have been occupying the area north of Dulce, New Mexico for 25,000 years or more in an underground facility, and this is probably only one of many around the world.

Of course if the entire world knew the truth about these otherworldly beings, what could we do? Most likely, we cannot directly communicate with them because their electromagnetic energy field is too powerful and overwhelms our neuro-system causing massive confusion and maybe death. So is it better to wait and see, even through they have been manipulating our minds and bodies for thousands of years. We are basically helpless and our institutions cannot help us as the Greys still abduct thousands yearly for the sinister agendas. A side comment, alien abductions have dropped off during the last 10 years, but I believe they are just re-tooling for the next phase of their on-going experiment, at the expense of humanity.

Well the other side of the coin is a book I am now reading by Nigel Kerner called “Grey Aliens and the Harvesting of Souls,” our souls. Granted much of his book I feel is at best a theory backed by some loose data. But my gut feeling after 40+ years of personal research into non-human encounters is that I am leaning towards Kerner’s theory that these Greys are/were here to genetically modify us for their strange agendas. Kerner further states that they in an indirect sense were/are our creators; in the sense they have been here for a very long time changing us for better or for worse. You know I thought I would never say this but what we call evolution is not what it seems. The animal and the plant world have moved on in an extremely slow snail’s pace, never able on its own to create man. Something I believe probably is that the Greys were the geneticists who took a fairly primitive primate and made it into modern man, and this didn’t happen overnight but took several thousands of years to get to where we are today.

And now back to our cuddly Grey guy – “ Paul” in the movie had way too much emotion, including humor. There are no Greys that have emotions. They are by definition Bio-bots. They are alive biologically, but void of the ability to feel love, suffering, and empathy and all the other emotions that makes us human. They are definitely here and they are harvesting something from us and they have been doing it for a very long time.
And harvesting our souls could be their final and ultimate harvest. Something they have longed for, for thousands of years.

Greys, maybe part of our creation process, but they not necessarily our good Shepherd, and definitely Not like “Paul”.

William wrote several books two of them were “Space Aliens from the Pentagon” and “Pentagon Aliens.” William Lyne believes all UFO’s are from a manmade origin, total human technology .Of course in the UFO community this would be severely challenged. Lyne said the Nazis, possible as early as the 1920’s, started the ball rolling on disc ships. By the end of the war they had a pretty good working model, but it came too late to affect the outcome of World War II. After the war many of the German scientists were shipped to the US and there they continued to refine their UFO/Disc ships program. Warner Von Braun the “Rocket Nazi” was the leader in the movement in the USA.

William feels the crash in Roswell was an accident during the test phase of a new disc.
Now I believe it’s a little different. I do believe that the Nazis built flying discs with Nazi saucer technology. William also states that Testa Technology was used to develop the ships. And here I agree that Testa was far more advanced and he was a man who I believe may have downloaded some of his most profound information, probably from another realm. And note Testa talked to pigeons.

I believe there is enough room in this world of Ufology for both William Lyne’s viewpoint blended together with UFO Community’s beliefs to form a strong basis that UFOs truly exist.

Why would someone want to kill this man? He knew something very big and very dangerous. First it is important to know that Wheeler wrote a manual on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons, and he was strongly against using either.

He probably knew the following: our military had moved 60+ tons of one of the most deadly poisonous gases in the world, Phosgene. It was brought from Iraq to a weapons arsenal in central Arkansas. If you are exposed to Phosgene it causes your respiratory system to explode. And the Russians probably also knew we had this big cache of Phosgene. So the military, knowing the Russians were in the know, needed to dispose of the deadly gas very quickly, so they pumped it deep underground, which probably caused 500 minor earthquakes.

Phosgene is a substance that cannot be made anymore because of a worldwide weapon treaty. There was also another malfunction in the transport of this gas in and around central Arkansas. One of the tanker aircrafts carrying the gas accidentally released some in the air, probably killing those now famous 4000+ redwing blackbirds. They died of internal lung trauma. A second accident occurred as they (military) flew over the Arkansas River and there was another mishandled release killing 100,000 fish.

John Wheeler was going to tell the US and the world about what was going on and the extreme dangers of Phosgene gas. It looks like John Wheeler paid the ultimate price for being an American hero. Sadly few people know this amazing story, of this man’s desire to do the right thing. I salute you John Wheeler. John, as I mentioned in the title, also helped create the famous War Memorial honoring the Vietnam vets in Washington DC.

Assuming for a moment they do exist, hybrids’ life in human society is not a happy place. They cannot emotionally compete with humans; it is the only thing we (humans) can do better than these hybrid entities. Of course our emotions get us in trouble, but they also separate us uniquely from the hybrids. If you pay attention they (hybrids) are out there. I would guess every human who is out in the world moving around passes a hybrid at the minimum once or twice a week. Pay attention and you will see them.

So where could one see a greater number of these hybrids? In and around our national labs, military installations, and the companies that are a part of the Military Industrial Complex. Why are they there? They are there because they can be watched and their superior knowledge can be used, for good and bad, for and against us humans.

The hybrids and their handlers have a major ability and knowledge of mind control techniques that makes human minds as supple as a lump of moist clay, to be modeled for any agenda, as Hank Worbetz states in his book “Reflections of a UFO Investigator.”
He goes on to say, “The manipulation of the mind through the use of thiopental sodium also called truth serum combined with hypnosis could rip a psyche into a thousand pieces and reshape it into any form the intelligence community wanted,” and it has, and they will in the future use these methods.

Now here is the kicker: after interviewing a thousand plus possible abductees, many of them are either from a military/lab environment or their parents were. Of course not all abductees are military related, but the overwhelming trend is definitely in that direction. The real game may come down to the fact that the Military Industrial Complex is really the Alien Industrial Complex, and our military and related industrials are just pawns in a high stakes chess game, which we can’t win.

As you probably read last week, our Senators were under attack in Afghanistan from our own military. But first, in Hank Worbetz’s new book “Reflections of a UFO investigator” Hank talks about our military having all kinds of advanced psychological operational methods to control and brainwash people, especially people who for the most part stumbled across major information about UFOs and alien abduction experiences.

Hank goes on to say that first you get abducted by the alien terrestrial group and then the military (US) and other countries come and abduct you and mess with your head, to extract information regarding your first abduction at the hands of the aliens. These advanced Psy-Ops methods others and I believe probably were obtained from an Alien source, maybe a Alien trade for access to more select human subjects for their happy agenda. This is closer to the truth than you may think.

So back to Afghanistan – Senators McCain, Lieberman, Reed, Franken, and Levin, also an Admiral, Ambassador, Interior Minister, and other assorted people were under a psychic attack. This three-star general Caldwell was the triggerman; he was the guy pushing for deep analysis information to work pressure points in the targeted group, to get more troops and money for the war effort in Afghanistan. So what exact methods did they use or try to use? I think maybe temporary implant devices – the organic variety that the aliens have been using on humans for over 50 years. Again, somehow we (the military) back-engineered them (the implants) from the alien abductions victims; this has happened over a 40-year period.

You say it sounds crazy, well how about this question General Caldwell asked of his staff: “What do I have to plant inside their heads?” I guess he probably found out what could be used to influence Senators to do or not do things against their WILL. I guess that explains why some of the strange things have happened in the last 15 years or so in Congress. Remember we spend more money than all the other countries in the world combined on the military. As President Eisenhower once said, “Beware of the military industrial complex.” His words ring truer everyday.
