Truth Seeker Forum

I have debated, mostly with myself, what the most important universal concept is. Universal, meaning important to every different type of being that inhabits this world and all other worlds in our vast universe. And I am also throwing in the dimensional layers that exist, which could be maybe 10 or 12 dimensions. So the math on this is amazing, at the very least millions of different beings. I have narrowed it down to two important concepts, Love and Truth. I know many of you reading this would pick Love as the most important concept in the universe, and I agree it’s an amazing choice. But I say without Truth, Love has no legs. And Truth does not need Love to exist. I believe there are places in the universe where Love does not exist, sad places, but places where beings do function and are lost to the concept of Love.

Now Truth on the other hand, is essential, for it is the binding force that holds advanced civilizations/realms together. Once Truth is gone the civilization is also gone. I have for most of my life researched in the area of abductees and contactees and have concluded from those interviews several interesting things such as, finding the Truth is a cosmic mission. There are beings whose only mission is to travel the universe to find the basic truths, both small and large.

A pure Truth is a very difficult thing to find. It is like looking for a golden ring dropped in the vast muddy Mississippi. But once the golden ring of Truth is found, it carries the greatest pure knowledge, that knowing it can move mountains. For our civilization to survive the coming crisis we must search for the pure Truths and not be swayed by lies and part truths, nothing less than the absolute will do here.

Sleep tight, I consider myself a Truthseeker; my journey is hard and long, but the golden ring is always out there to find.

The animal-shaped stone structure, located near Lake Zjuratkul in the Ural Mountains, north of Kazakhstan, has an elongated muzzle, four legs and two antlers. A historical Google Earth satellite image from 2007 shows what may be a tail, but this is less clear in more recent imagery.

Excluding the possible tail, the animal stretches for about 900 feet (275 meters) at its farthest points (northwest to southeast), the researchers estimate, equivalent to two American football fields. The figure faces north and would have been visible from a nearby ridge.

“The figure would initially have looked white and slightly shiny against the green grass background,” write Stanislav Grigoriev, of the Russian Academy of Sciences Institute of History & Archaeology, and Nikolai Menshenin, of the State Centre for Monument Protection, in an article first detailing the discovery published last spring in the journal Antiquity. They note that it is now covered by a layer of soil.

Fieldwork carried out this past summer has shed more light on the glyph’s composition and date, suggesting it may be the product of a “megalithic culture,” researchers say. They note that hundreds of megalithic sites have been discovered in the Urals, with the most elaborate structures located on a freshwater island about 35 miles (60 km) northeast of the geoglyph. Discovery & excavation
A man named Alexander Shestakov first discovered the glyphs using satellite images. He alerted researchers, who sent out a hydroplane and paraglider to survey the giant structure.

This has since progressed to an on-the-ground excavation by a team led by Grigoriev. They’ve found that the stone architecture of the geoglyph is quite elaborate. When they excavated part of a hind leg the largest stones were on the edges, the smaller ones inside. This past summer they also found the remains of passageways and what appear to be small walls on the hoof and muzzle of the animal.

.”The hoof is made of small crushed stones and clay. It seems to me there were very low walls and narrow passages among them. The same situation in the area of a muzzle: crushed stones and clay, four small broad walls and three passages,” Grigorievwrote in an email to LiveScience. He cautioned that his team didn’t excavate all the way down to the bottom of the walls, not wishing to damage the geoglyph.

Dating the geoglyph
Among the finds from the excavations are about 40 stone tools, made of quartzite, found on the structure’s surface. Most of them are pickaxe-like tools called mattocks, useful for digging and chopping. “Perhaps they were used to extract clay,” he writes in the email.

The style of stone-working called lithic chipping used on one artifact dates it to the Neolithic and Eneolithic (sixth to third millennia B.C.), though Grigoriev says the technology is more typical of the Eneolithic, between the fourth and third millennia B.C.

If that date is correct, it would make the geoglyph far older than Peru’s Nazca Lines, the very earliest of which were created around 500 B.C. In the Antiquity journal article, Grigoriev and Menshenin point out that palaeozoological studies show that the landscape in the southern Urals supported fewer trees in the Eneolithic, with forest growth not appearing until about 2,500 years ago. “This means that there were open landscapes in the Eneolithic and Bronze Age, which allowed the hill figure to be created,” they write.

A megalithic culture
Researchers say this geoglyph may have been built by a “megalithic culture” in the region that created stone monuments in prehistoric times.

“[M]any megalithic sites with features in common with European megaliths have been located: Some 300 are known but have not yet been studied in detail,” write Grigoriev and Menshenin in the Antiquity article. Among these megaliths are numerous “menhirs,” large upright standing stones.

The most spectacular megalithic complexes are on the relatively small Vera Island, located on Turgoyak Lake, about 35 miles (60 km) northeast of the geoglyph.

Grigoriev and Julia Vasina of the South-Ural State University described the Vera Island megaliths in a 2010 article, noting the surviving portion of one monument, megalith two, as being covered by a mound and supporting a gallery and square chamber. Another monument, megalith one, is cut into the bedrock and covered by a mound consisting of stones, brown sand and lots of grass. It is more than 60 feet (19 meters) long and 20 feet (6 meters) wide. It contains three chambers one of which has “bas relief sculptures” in the shape of animals, probably a bull and wolf.

Stone tools and ceramics found at the megalithic sites date them to between the Eneolithic period and the early Iron Age, around 3,000 years ago. Researchers emphasize more dating work needs to be done to verify; however, if the evidence holds, the giant geoglyph, along with the megaliths, were constructed millennia before Peru’s Nazca Lines, a testament to the building prowess of an ancient prehistoric culture in the Ural Mountains.

Your perception of reality and the inherent limits your perceived reality suggests are ingrained as neurological and neuro-chemical patterns, all based on your past experiences, memories, traumas and unconscious assumptions. The sum total of these elements generates what seems to be a very solid, predictable and immutable sense and experience of your reality.

What has been discovered through advanced scientific research is that your experience of reality is actually being simulated and manufactured in your mind via your brain. Dr. Rick Hanson explains in his book Buddha’s Brain that “Your brain simulates the world – Each of us lives in a virtual reality that’s close enough to the real thing that we don’t bump into the furniture.”

Our new understanding that what we experience as reality is only a simulation, only our virtual reality maintained exclusively in our brains, is the foundational core awareness, principle and upgrade for any and all of our transformational practices of mindfulness and higher consciousness:

The very nature of our reality and world, seemingly solid and immutable is actually in fact quite liquid and completely moldable to anyone desiring and willing to explore, expand and then exceed the former boundaries of what they believe to be both real and possible.
Rather than being subject to your former inner “simulation” of reality, you and many others just like you are awakening to a deeper understanding and deep inner desire to directly and consciously create your “active and mindful” state of reality. In this your “New Reality”? You reclaim your authority and your authorship of your New Story, one where you are and remain self liberated, self defined and self determined.

Through any of a variety of mindfulness practices, you can discover your new active and more authentic reality. Your new reality, constantly expanding and evolving within you, possesses a tremendous and innate inner field of infinite potential that simply awaits your own mindful direction through your awakened imagination, conscious creativity and heart felt actions.

Why are imagination and creativity so important?

Albert Einstein once said “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world and all there will ever be to know and understand.”

Einstein clearly understood that our ability to imagine and then create is indeed infinite. So much so that as the story goes, one evening Einstein experienced a lucid waking dream, an awakened vision where he was chasing after a beam of light across the vast expanse of the universe. Through his memory and the experiential epiphany of his lucid and waking dream he imagined and created the theory of special relativity and the one scientific formula he is most famous for: E=MC2.

Through his awakened imagination, Einstein resolved a long standing conflict between Newtonian physics and the new physics of the 20th century. His idea, his waking dream and vision then quite literally changed the world.

Again, why are imagination and creativity so vitally important to your own life and living?

When you watch any Master, any Champion athlete, any musical Maestro or artist extraordinaire, any human being that meets then exceeds their former limits and achieves their highest vision of expression and embodiment, you are experiencing and witnessing the direct results of their Awakened Imagination, their Hearts, and their creative minds actively operating in complete unison. Period.

SO … What powerful and important role can and does your Heart play in your awakening imagination and creativity, in authoring your new story and reality?

Your heart is the first organ to fully form in utero and begins beating 21 days after conception.

Your heart sends more information and regulatory signals to your brain than your brain sends to your heart.

With each beat, your heart creates a powerful, pulsing and rhythmic electromagnetic field. I typically write about the Ouija board on or around the Halloween season, I am a little late this year, but I understand that the second most used Ouija board day is New Years Eve, so I am early for that event. Also, check out my two-part post from July 17th and July 24th 2010 on the “Board”.

What got me to write this post was a movie I saw called the “ Rite “ a movie about exorcism and the Catholic Church. My belief has always been that vast majority of the people that go through this extreme exorcism process probably really need psychological help and not an exorcism. I would guess about 95% fall in that category, but there is the 5% that have an entity trapped in their body, and I guarantee that some let it in through the Ouija board game. I also believe the Catholic Church has created the morphic field through their preaching about a world full of demons. Now I am not saying there are not some bad beings in the world, but I suspect if you left them alone they would not bother us Humans. A sea of dimensional beings surrounds us and most have little or no interest in us. They only seem to react when we go looking for trouble. How I must confess I have taken digital photos of some of these beings – in my vortex photography, but only once have I felt threatened by their presence.

When using the Ouija Board you can open yourself up to allow an entity into your soul/mind and take temporary procession of you. There are only a handful of people in the world who should mess with the Ouija board and they are a small group of powerful shamans, who know how to protect themselves against a Psychic invasion.

We must all remember that we are powerful quantum beings so what we think we create.
So dwelling on demons will create and bring them to us and once they arrive, if fear rules in your mind, they have you. So if you screw-up and create/attract one — be fearless and tell them to go back, they must obey their master – You.

Dear Friends,
Many people are facing a lot of changes in their lives at present. Some of these changes are occurring just because we are shifting into a new way of living. This often prompts changes in our relationships, finances, life direction, health, and so on. With every change comes a challenge, even if the change is welcomed.

Coping with Change

Many people say they welcome change and want something new in their lives, but when they are actually faced with change, it becomes a different matter. I know this sounds strange, but many people associate the idea of change as something negative. Some people resist change because even the idea of change is frightening. Many prefer the security of knowing that tomorrow will be exactly like today, even if today was not great. Some people do not even want to know what their future will hold, even if it will be better, because that would involve change. We are all creatures of habit and often like our old comfortable pair of slippers rather than new ones.

Many people are afraid of change because they do not trust in their own ability to cope with change. Change sometimes forces us to dig deep into our own resources and discover we are more flexible and capable that we believed. Unfortunately, we can only come to this conclusion after we have gone through a change and realized we not only managed to survive but even to thrive.

So we need to ask what is it about change, we find so difficult. Do we not want others to notice our short comings? Are we afraid to challenge ourselves and find ourselves lacking? Do changes in our relationships, careers, etc. bring up fears we will not be loved or successful? Are we afraid to face challenges because of our fear of failure? Do we believe we will not be able to fulfill our expectations or those of others?

When we keep these fears and concerns are in the forefront of our minds, we do not focus on our strengths and past accomplishments. We continue to look upon up coming changes as mountains standing in our way instead of little bumps in the road that we can easily surmount.

To acknowledge how many successes you have already under your belt, make a list of your attributes and accomplishments. Do not tell yourself that small successes or accomplishments were not that important. Every success is important because it is the structure on which we build our self esteem and confidence. Focusing on our fears and obstacles only serves to erode our confidence.

In facing the challenges of life, it is good to have a support system. When people try to climb Mount Everest, they never go alone. They always have a team with them. When we go through changes, whatever their nature, we need a support team to encourage us when we feel down, provide guidance, or just be there to listen. You can call upon family and friends, but if they are not available or willing, reach out beyond your family and friends to others who may have gone through similar challenges.

I am sure your first question is where will you find such people? You can try making friends online, you can look for support groups filled with people who have faced similar challenges to yours either online or in your local community. Believe me when I tell you that you are not the first or only person to go through whatever you are facing, be it divorce, a medical emergency, a financial loss, a job loss or a death of a loved one.

Whatever your personal challenge, rest assured others have been there before you. We teach best what we learnt best, so the best support teams often come from people who have walked through fire, and are now willing to share what they learnt with others. This is why I suggest you reach out to these people.

If the changes you face are not due to a crisis, but are more of the garden type variety, it is still good to have a support team or people with whom you can share your concerns. Ask friends and family if they would be willing to listen to you out of their love for you. They do not need to offer advice or do anything but listen. Active listening allows you to put your fears and concerns into words so that you can examine them and realize they are not as daunting as you thought.

Every change or challenge provides us with learning opportunities. We incarnate to learn from our experiences. We are allowed to make mistakes because we are human. If you feel you have had more than your share of challenges in your life, then you must have signed up for the fast track learning program in heaven before you came.

If you feel like a victim or overwhelmed by changes in your life, remember we are never given more than we can cope with. We just failed to realize how deep our resources go. We set challenges for ourselves to discover our greatest strengths. There are no victims, only people who give up on themselves or refuse to see themselves for who they truly are, powerful beings.

The important thing about discovering our strengths is that when the next challenge comes along, we can tell ourselves that if we managed to get through the previous challenges, we can certainly get through the current one. That is why taking a life inventory of your successes is so very important.

It is okay to ask people for help. This is not a sign of weakness but intelligence. If I do not know how to do something, I would ask someone who knows. This does not make me stupid or weak. It is just one way to solve a problem. You should not expect yourself to know everything and have all the answers. That is why they write those How To books, have Ask Jeeves and Wikipedia on the Internet, and people to help you. If you prefer to feel like a victim because you are afraid to reach out for help or take advantage of these resources, then that is just being silly. God gave us a voice to speak out and ask for help. If He did not want us to do that, we would all be mute. So please use your God given resources to get the help you need.

Often help may come from a source you never expected so please be open when you pray for help and do not pre determine who it should come from. When you do that you limit your receiving. It also is an indication of your lack of trust that God will provide, albeit in mysterious ways at times.

For Seekers Only – Frank Wolak presents at New Mexico UFO/Paranormal Forum’s March Event

Frank Wolak is a man of diversity; the highlights of his career path are as follows: second Lt. US Army Engineer, West Point Graduate, Master of Science, Nuclear Engineer MIT, oversaw construction of a nuclear reactor in Alaska, and over the last 30 years he has studied and researched the positive side of life and all its possibilities.

Frank discussed the concepts that affect our personal life and all its challenges and the intense positive energy of the Universe and its role in granting the answers to what we desire. He walked us through the 24,500-year cycle and the present movement between the third and the fourth dimensions. If you are a seeker and you take advantage of the opportunity that the Universe will offer, you can move on to the next dimension.

Frank spoke with great knowledge about how we all have free will, how we obtain it and how we need to keep it. The theme I enjoyed the most was that we are all God. You are a creator, and you are a God. Love of everything makes us as I say “Big”, and Fear is humanity’s biggest issue – as I say it makes us very small. We as humans have been in a brainwash mode since we were babies. We have been fed fear to keep us in a sub-potential role here on earth.

Frank spent a good portion of his discussion on the role of the right and left-brains. Frank is saying as we shift in the next year or so, we or some of us will start shifting more into a right brain world, a God consciousness world. The shift to 4th dimension will be an era of no time/space, only energy.

And to the infinite only ask what you agreed to, and you will be satisfied forever. And one last thing: Frank made us do an exercise – make a list from your heart of the things that you desire and give it to the infinite. Put the list in a safe place and forget about it. Wonderful things will happen to you and when you get the list out of that safe place, you will see the infinite spirit has lived up to the agreement it made with you, when you came to hang, here on earth.

Sleep Tight – in the future you will not need to sleep, for energy doesn’t sleep. Oh and one more Frankism – Don’t reject anything that is put in front of you.

NORTHAMPTON, Mass (Reuters) – A U.S.-led research team may have finally located the lost city of Atlantis, the legendary metropolis believed swamped by a tsunami thousands of years ago in mud flats in southern Spain.
“This is the power of tsunamis,” head researcher Richard Freund told Reuters.
“It is just so hard to understand that it can wipe out 60 miles inland, and that’s pretty much what we’re talking about,” said Freund, a University of Hartford, Connecticut, professor who lead an international team searching for the true site of Atlantis.
To solve the age-old mystery, the team used a satellite photo of a suspected submerged city to find the site just north of Cadiz, Spain. There, buried in the vast marshlands of the Dona Ana Park, they believe that they pinpointed the ancient, multi-ringed dominion known as Atlantis.
The team of archeologists and geologists in 2009 and 2010 used a combination of deep-ground radar, digital mapping, and underwater technology to survey the site.
Freund’s discovery in central Spain of a strange series of “memorial cities,” built in Atlantis’ image by its refugees after the city’s likely destruction by a tsunami, gave researchers added proof and confidence, he said.
Atlantis residents who did not perish in the tsunami fled inland and built new cities there, he added.
The team’s findings will be unveiled on Sunday in “Finding Atlantis,” a new National Geographic Channel special.
While it is hard to know with certainty that the site in Spain in Atlantis, Freund said the “twist” of finding the memorial cities makes him confident Atlantis was buried in the mud flats on Spain’s southern coast.
“We found something that no one else has ever seen before, which gives it a layer of credibility, especially for archeology, that makes a lot more sense,” Freund said.
Greek philosopher Plato wrote about Atlantis some 2,600 years ago, describing it as “an island situated in front of the straits which are by you called the Pillars of Hercules,” as the Straits of Gibraltar were known in antiquity. Using Plato’s detailed account of Atlantis as a map, searches have focused on the Mediterranean and Atlantic as the best possible sites for the city.
Tsunamis in the region have been documented for centuries, Freund says. One of the largest was a reported 10-story tidal wave that slammed Lisbon in November, 1755.
Debate about whether Atlantis truly existed has lasted for thousands of years. Plato’s “dialogues” from around 360 B.C. are the only known historical sources of information about the iconic city. Plato said the island he called Atlantis “in a single day and night… disappeared into the depths of the sea.”
Experts plan further excavations are planned at the site where they believe Atlantis is located and at the mysterious “cities” in central Spain 150 miles away to more closely study geological formations and to date artifacts.
