My Life Manifesto — Sandy Penny

SandyPennyMy Life Manifesto
by Sandy Penny, 2-2-2015

I never wanted to compete with others, only with myself. Even as a child, I wanted to create cooperation, not competition. Growing up with nine brothers and sisters was competition enough. I wanted to learn something new every day, and I have. I have always strived to be better at the things I choose to do, to improve processes, to innovate, to organize. I have always endeavored to leave a job better than I found it. I subscribed to the old adage, if a thing is worth doing, it is worth doing well. I intend each day to ask myself if I’m living from love or fear, and to always choose love.

I hope, when I leave this world, that I have had a positive impact on those I’ve known, and that I have done as little harm as is humanly possible. I intend, every day, as Ghandi advised, to be the love I want to see in the world, to treat others with kindness, compassion and respect. I intend to leave every person with whom I interact feeling better than when we met, without attachment and expectations. If one person has been helped by me, if I have lifted anyone’s suffering, made anyone smile, then I have lived a life worth living. And, for myself, I want only to be the highest and best expression my soul intends for my earthly life, knowing that when I leave this world, I feel complete with each and every sacred relationship I forged, and every relationship is sacred.

I commit to using and fulfilling the purpose of each chakra, each energy center within me, to express the colors of the rainbow that is me. I open myself to the golden connection that is my crown chakra, that I may bring more spirit into matter. I connect with the source of all light and open my inner and outer vision that I may see myself, others, my life, and the world clearly and through the love that manifests all creation. I connect with the source of all words and align my voice with the voice of love and joy. I align my mind with the universal consciousness that I may raise my thoughts to higher realms and transcend all negativity of the human consciousness, that I may think in more creative ways, that I may inspire higher thinking through all that I touch, that I may express right thought, right speech and right action for each and every situation I encounter, that I may share wisdom when needed. I clarify and align my feelings and emotions with unconditional love that I may create sacred partnerships throughout my life, knowing that all relationships are sacred and deserve love and compassion. I align and restore my physical body to the perfection in which it was created that I may walk this earth, strong and healthy, and follow my own path on my own journey of spirit flowing into matter and matter returning to spirit, a conduit of love, light, joy and completion.

As I awoke this morning, these thoughts were running through me, and I wanted to write them down, to remind myself that this is my life creed, and that I intend to live it fully, and I am. I am a spark of infinite love emanating from the unlimited stream of love divine. I am a bubbling spring of joy and wisdom to quench the thirst of all who drink it in. As I intend, so shall it be, for intention inspires action, and action creates and manifests. I am creator, manifestor and the artist of my own life.

Divine love, through me, blesses and multiplies all the good I am, all the good I have, and all the good I share. And so it is, and I am grateful.

Dear Friends,

Many people ask me what is their life purpose and what they should be doing in life. In response, I ask them “What do they like to do?” “What are they passionate about?” They can often tell me what they don’t like, which is a good start, but are usually unable to tell me what they do like. Below are some possible ways to find your passion.

Finding Your Passion and Life Purpose

To begin with let us define the term passion. A passion is something you feel strongly about such as doing something creative like writing, art, theater, or music, supporting a cause you believe in, having a desire to help or heal others, wishing to travel, loving someone or something deeply and so on. A passion is different from a craving for food, alcohol or sex which is usually more temporary.

Our life purpose can be the same as our passion but this is not always the case. Our life purpose is the creative gifts, accumulated knowledge, healing abilities, and wisdom we come to share with others for the benefit of our soul and theirs. All learning from all lifetimes is cumulative on the soul so we never really forget anything. The conscious mind just doesn’t remember all our past lives.

Unfortunately, many people do not make a living fulfilling their passion or their life purpose. They have jobs that pay the bills but about which, they do not feel passionate. The result is that they go home feeling frustrated, unacknowledged and unfulfilled. While they may remain in these jobs because of health insurance, seniority or other perks, these jobs do not make them happy. Often they took the job because they needed the money and that was what was available at the time. Even years later, they may stay in the job because they still need the money, don’t know what else they could do, or are too afraid to try something new.

Frequently the careers or the business we find ourselves in are not a reflection of our true passion. We may be in the family business because it was expected we would carry on in our father’s footsteps whether we wanted to or not. We may be in that business because it was the path of least resistance. We may have graduated with a degree in a certain subject only to find out we no longer want to pursue that career path. We may have chosen it when we were young because our parents encouraged us to choose a career where we could earn a living or thought we liked it at the time.

Some people do not follow their passion because they cannot earn money from it. It is not always necessary to make a living from your passion. It is nice when that happens but one should not forgo their passion just because it is not profitable. The joy that comes from singing for example, is still beneficial whether you are paid to do it or if there is an audience.

Some people are concerned that they don’t know what their passion or purpose is. The best way to discover your passion is to ask yourself “What do you like to do?” Ask yourself when you do any type of activity whether you really enjoyed it, whether you were doing it because it was expected of you, because everyone else was doing it and you didn’t want to make a fuss, or because it is what you always do.

Most of us are creatures of habit but habits do not serve us well as they keep us living on autopilot. When we do things habitually we fail to ask ourselves if we are really enjoy the them, could someone else do it better, is the activity or task really necessary, could we stop doing it, how long have we been doing it, why did we start doing it in the first place, and was this activity expected of us by others or ourselves?

The only way to find your passion is to firstly eliminate from your life what you don’t like doing to make space for new activities you do enjoy. Then try new things and access how you feel about doing them. Ask yourself after each activity “Did you really enjoy doing that?” You may want to give it a rating between one and ten with ten being that you really loved it. This way you can craft a life that includes doing what you really love to do rather than what you tell yourself you have to do.

Like your passion, your life purpose will be something you do well without any practice as you have already done it many times before in previous lives. It will give you joy and fulfillment. To discover what it is, ask yourself “What gives you joy? What are you good at? What do your friends tell you that you are good at? They may be able to sense things about you of which you are unaware.

When we fulfill our life purpose, which is always to serve others in some way, we get what I like to call karmic bonus points that get stored on your soul record so that when you need a miracle, you have these points available to you. They are like having money in the bank for a rainy day.

It might be wise to sit down and look at the activities you do daily or weekly and ask yourself the above questions for each one. You will likely discover that not all the things you do are really necessary. Maybe others can do them better than you or you can leave them out entirely and the world would not come to an end.

By clearing your schedule of some of these tasks, you will find you have time to discover your true passion or follow it, if you already know what it is. Please do not make excuses to yourself by telling yourself that no one else could do what you do as well as you or that no one would be willing to do these tasks if you don’t, as these are just excuses to avoid change and make yourself feel needed.

Try stopping doing some of your regular tasks and see what happens. Someone else may step up to the plate and if they don’t, maybe the task was not as necessary as you thought. If it really needs to be done and you don’t want to do it, you can hire someone or do an exchange with someone who enjoys doing that job. You can just declare to your partner and/or family that you will no longer be doing it and see what happens. Most likely they will think you are having a bad day but if you don’t make dinner and they are hungry, I am sure they will figure something out.

Following your passion is a way to honor yourself whether others like or agree with your passion. You deserve to be happy and if following your bliss gives you pleasure, you are justified in doing so. If you can’t do it all the time, then make sure you make time in your busy schedule to spend at least several hours a week pursuing it.

Some people never express their passion or fulfill their life purpose for a variety of reasons. For example, if your passion is some form of creativity and that is not part of your day job, you may not feel justified or be able to give up the security of a paycheck to follow your bliss. You may tell yourself you have no time to do what you love or that it just isn’t that important.

You may feel inhibited or vulnerable about sharing your passion with others for fear of ridicule or lack of acceptance as most people want approval and acceptance from family and friends. Since other people are unlikely to feel as strongly about your desires as you do, they may look upon your passion logically and judge it unnecessary or silly. So following your bliss may involve taking a risk and stepping out of your comfort zone.

Only you know how you feel inside so it is important for you to make the decision to follow your passion in spite of what others say. When we follow our passion we feel wonderful inside. It brings us joy as well as a sense of accomplishment and the knowledge that we had the courage to override our logical mind and listen to our heart’s desires. Sometimes we have to make a choice of quality over quantity in our lives. In the end, the joy you get from fulfilling your passion will out weight other considerations.

So what are your heart’s desires? What would you really like to be doing? If you could fulfill your passion, what would it look like? Imagine it in as much detail as possible and ask for your wish to come true. God hears all our thoughts and requests. If you are clear about your intentions and seriously want that perfect job or passion to manifest in your life, then it will. It is the law of attraction at work. Life is too short to not do what we are passionate about. As we become more soul conscious, it is important for our spiritual growth that we fulfill it our purpose and passions.

Our life purpose and our day job may not be the same but it would be great if it was. I am fortunate in that my desire to help others coincides with my life purpose. If you purpose is to help people, you may be in that job to encounter people you need to help and not only for the paycheck, so think outside the box.

The Power of Your Awakened Heart and Imagination—George E. Green

By George E. Green

As human beings, we have now reached a tipping point in our arc of evolution. We find ourselves as a species, beginning to recognize, have a sense of and embrace our greatest evolutionary potentials in earnest.

Because we are in this incredible time of evolutionary challenge and opportunity, we all are being called upon to innovate, to imagine, collaborate, and create like never before. You are here to be inspired, live an inspired life and to inspire others. Period.

NOW is your time to take action, and step forward into the full manifestation of your own goals & dreams, already realized and received. If you are waiting for something or someone other than yourself then you are backing up or backing out.

This time, right here, right now is your time to dive deeply and courageously into your Heart, deeper than ever before. Call up from within yourself your greatest qualities, your vision, your brilliance and beauty, then apply them to your life and your world. This time, right here, right now is your time to become the creator you were born to be.

You have the power.

You have the power to effect truly authentic, sustainable change, to evolve and grow. You have the power to consciously upgrade and accelerate your own personal evolution, vastly improving your life and your world. Ultimately, by embracing personal change and evolution, you have the power to change OUR world for the better.

Your perception of reality and the inherent limits your perceived reality suggests are ingrained as neurological and neuro-chemical patterns, all based on your past experiences, memories, traumas and unconscious assumptions. The sum total of these elements generates what seems to be a very solid, predictable and immutable sense and experience of your reality.

What has been discovered through advanced scientific research is that your experience of reality is actually being simulated and manufactured in your mind via your brain. Dr. Rick Hanson explains in his book Buddha’s Brain that “Your brain simulates the world – Each of us lives in a virtual reality that’s close enough to the real thing that we don’t bump into the furniture.”

Our new understanding that what we experience as reality is only a simulation, only our virtual reality maintained exclusively in our brains, is the foundational core awareness, principle and upgrade for any and all of our transformational practices of mindfulness and higher consciousness:

The very nature of our reality and world, seemingly solid and immutable is actually in fact quite liquid and completely moldable to anyone desiring and willing to explore, expand and then exceed the former boundaries of what they believe to be both real and possible.
Rather than being subject to your former inner “simulation” of reality, you and many others just like you are awakening to a deeper understanding and deep inner desire to directly and consciously create your “active and mindful” state of reality. In this your “New Reality”? You reclaim your authority and your authorship of your New Story, one where you are and remain self liberated, self defined and self determined.

Through any of a variety of mindfulness practices, you can discover your new active and more authentic reality. Your new reality, constantly expanding and evolving within you, possesses a tremendous and innate inner field of infinite potential that simply awaits your own mindful direction through your awakened imagination, conscious creativity and heart felt actions.

Why are imagination and creativity so important?

Albert Einstein once said “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world and all there will ever be to know and understand.”

Einstein clearly understood that our ability to imagine and then create is indeed infinite. So much so that as the story goes, one evening Einstein experienced a lucid waking dream, an awakened vision where he was chasing after a beam of light across the vast expanse of the universe. Through his memory and the experiential epiphany of his lucid and waking dream he imagined and created the theory of special relativity and the one scientific formula he is most famous for: E=MC2.

Through his awakened imagination, Einstein resolved a long standing conflict between Newtonian physics and the new physics of the 20th century. His idea, his waking dream and vision then quite literally changed the world.

Again, why are imagination and creativity so vitally important to your own life and living?

When you watch any Master, any Champion athlete, any musical Maestro or artist extraordinaire, any human being that meets then exceeds their former limits and achieves their highest vision of expression and embodiment, you are experiencing and witnessing the direct results of their Awakened Imagination, their Hearts, and their creative minds actively operating in complete unison. Period.

SO … What powerful and important role can and does your Heart play in your awakening imagination and creativity, in authoring your new story and reality?

Your heart is the first organ to fully form in utero and begins beating 21 days after conception.

Your heart sends more information and regulatory signals to your brain than your brain sends to your heart.

With each beat, your heart creates a powerful, pulsing and rhythmic electromagnetic field. The electrical element of your hearts field is 60 times more potent and powerful than your brain’s field and directly influences every cell and organ in your body. The magnetic element of your heart’s field is 5000 times more powerful than your brains magnetic field.

Your heart generates two point seven watts of electrical power each time it beats. With each beat, your heart generates a looping, rhythmic, pulsing rotating field of biomagnetic and bioelectric energy and information that is 12 to 24 feet in diameter and looks remarkably similar to the looping magnetic filaments of plasma and energy emitted by our Sun.

Your heart is composed of 60 to 65 percent neurological cells that are identical to your brain cells, generating the same neurotransmitters as your brain. Of that 60 to 65 percent, 40 percent of your hearts neurological cells are configured as a second, parallel nervous system that interacts with and sends regulatory information to all your organs including your brain.

Scientific research has discovered that your heart responds to information, energy and input milliseconds before that same input is actually received. Your heart responds even before your brain does. Your heart is your true center of intuitive and emotional intelligence and science now has evidence that your heart’s intelligence literally transcends both time and space.

You Have the Power.

You and many other Visionaries, Poets, Imagineers, architects and authors of millions of new stories and new worlds are awakening right now. This is your chosen moment of awakening.

Your time is now.

Your new Life awaits and requires your mindful presence, awakened Imagination and conscious creation. This moment, right here, right now is our time to begin building our new world and our new reality together today.

The Many Faces of Love—Sharon Cheney

Love is a word we bantered about freely without giving it much consideration. Love can wear many faces of which we are often unaware. Here are just some of the forms love can take. Compassion, friendship, acceptance, brotherhood, romantic love, familial love, love of pets and other animals, consideration, kindness, love of humanity, helping others, generosity, forgiveness, sensitivity to others feelings and needs, creative expression and so on.

We are all familiar with romantic love but unfortunately romantic love, while very enjoyable, often comes with an unspoken desire for our lover to fulfill our needs rather than our just loving unconditionally from the heart. In addition, romantic love is often associated with sexual activity. Many people like to hear they are loved and often during sexual relations, words of love are spoken but they do not come from the heart. They are spoken in order to get our desires fulfilled.

Generosity, providing it is not offered with an expectation of return, is a demonstration of the heart felt love. Whether you are generous to those you know, you donate to charities and worthy causes or you just give a handout to someone on the street, each act of generosity is recorded on our soul record and can bring great rewards both in this and in future lives.

There is no greater expression of love than forgiving someone for any wrong you believe has been done to you. Forgiveness not only breaks the energy chain of anger and fear that binds you together, but brings freedom for both parties.

Friendships are another way of showing our love. What could be better than being supportive or offering your help to a friend in a time of need or at any time? There is nothing like friendships to make us feel we are not alone, that there is someone who cares about us or has our back. Of course friendships are two way streets and we need to be mindful that we must give and as well as receive. If you are the one who is often the giver, you need to practice receiving in order to be in balance.

What greater way can we show our love than by being considerate and sensitive to the needs and feelings of others? When we willingly put aside our own needs and feelings to help another, be it in a time of need or in general, this results in others feeling loved by you and fosters better relationships. When we show consideration and sensitivity to others, people get the sense you really understand them and will appreciate it and want to be close to you.

Love of animals, be they your pets or animals in the wild, shows our concern for those less evolved than us. When we take a pet into our homes, they in return give us unconditional love, if we are the least bit nice to them. Many people find unconditional love a rather rare commodity that is not readily available from those around us. Some people actually prefer pets to people as they never argue with you or make you wrong.

Compassion is a higher expression of love because it does not involved a give and take relationship. When we feel compassion for those we know or even those we don’t, it is demonstrates our understanding and sympathy for wherever a person is on their path. Compassion is the antithesis of judgment. It is an expression of acceptance, not pity.

Creative Expression as a form of love can wear many faces. Perhaps it is in the way someone prepared your favorite dish of you or just the love they put into the food as they prepared it. It can also be demonstrated by the time and attention someone puts into their home and/or garden to create harmony and a peaceful space for others to enjoy. Even the way we dress and present ourselves to the world shows a certain degree of self-love.

Acceptance is another true gift of love. We all seek love and acceptance no matter our age. To get acceptance, we often associate with people of like mind. It becomes more challenging when we are asked to accept those who do not share our beliefs or life style. This is where true acceptance is revealed.

We are seeing much more brotherly love these days as witnessed by those helping the less fortunate or those who have experienced natural disasters. Brotherly love is an expression of our higher nature. It shows our interests are not only for ourselves, close family and friends but the world at large. It indicates our shift to fifth dimensional consciousness.

How does being a more loving person benefit you personally? It makes us feel good inside and brings a feeling of being at peace and in oneness with the world. Aside from the immediate benefits of feeling good inside, it changes your consciousness and helps your soul evolve. We are all subject to the Law of Karma. Whatever we do to others comes back to us in multiples. So it is wise to be conscious of how you want to go through life. There are also the long term karmic bonus points that will go on your soul record and be available to you when you need a miracle. . There is truth in the old saying “What goes around, comes around.”

In addition, during this time of great transition, the world needs more love. Every little bit that any one person contributes, adds to the overall shift in consciousness to make this a loving planet.

Failure to express love in the any of the above forms leaves us feeling empty or unfulfilled. It is probably easier to behave as we always have without giving it much thought. But if we continue to do that, everyone loose out including us.

If you want to know how you are doing in expressing your love, pay attention to people’s reactions and comments. If they are positive and you notice more people want to be around you, you are doing just great. Everyone wants to be loved so showing people your love will not only make you feel good but will bring more love into your life

Seven Guides to Happiness and Peace by Shaman Elizabeth

Every decision based on fear is the wrong decision. Not because of the outcome, but because of its motive.
When we are young, life’s problems seem black and white. But as we grow older, life seems to become more complicated and the answers shrouded in shades of gray. But, as a shaman and spiritual practitioner moving into mid-life, I once again have started to see life as black and white, or rather that everything stems from two primal emotions: love or fear.
The shades of gray, which are reflected as fear, guilt, depression, and indecision can be remedied by acknowledging that as the creator of your dream, you cannot make decisions without bias or projecting your fears. You cannot see beyond your limited perspective without help from a guide who can see outside this dream, beyond your tiny scope, who knows the best outcome, not just for you, but for everyone.
How do you face situations when the answers seem beyond your understanding or ability? How do you go through life feeling comfortable you are on the right path, even when events don’t seem to be going your way?
Here are seven guides for living a happy and peaceful life:
When fearful, call for love. Call on the Spirit who transforms all that is fearful into love. Offer Him your fear and He will take it from you. You will feel the emotional transformation almost immediately, if you are willing to let it go. For a detailed explanation on how to give fear and other unwanted emotions to the Spirit, please read my blog post Meditation Techniques.
When making decisions, ask for divine guidance. Ask for help throughout the day when making decisions. And, then wait for guidance that may come in the form of a gut feeling, heart’s desire, knowing, or you may actually hear the quiet voice speak to you and offer Its guidance on how to handle the situation. The Spirit will help you respond in a loving way.
When you feel guilty, realize that you are responding from fear. Guilt can be immobilizing, infecting so many others aspects of your life. Guilt stems from the fear that you have created a situation that was harmful to others or yourself. It stems from a belief that this dream is real. Can such a temporary moment be real? Can anything that was not created from love be real? There is a message from the Spirit in my book Shaman Stone Soup that answers this well: “Guilt—the universal punishment. For what? What have you done? Illusions of deeds gone wrong, misspoken words, actions that seemed to kill or harm others, all are dreams of injuries to ourselves and others, and yet they are only dreams. The spirit realm, where all the loved ones wait, is a much more accurate portrayal of yourself. Yet even this is incomplete. You are ultimately only love, extending itself for all of eternity.”
Forgive. Remember that your life is a dream created by you. Don’t spend your time blaming others. And like any dream, it’s not real! Let it go. Remember that you and everyone are perfect spirits who have dreamed of imperfection. You are not your body, your actions, your failures. Remember to laugh at your mistakes—they are just a blip on the radar. Forgive every trespass that comes to your mind. Let them all go.
Remember Your Perfectness. You cannot achieve spiritual purity, you’re already a perfect spirit. All you can do is remove the thoughts that keep you from remembering your perfectness. A message from the Spirit in Shaman Stone Soup states: “We are all divine spirits, helping others on conscious and unconscious levels. The past, present, and future exist simultaneously—all lives, all events have already occurred—leaving you with memories of illusions that you pluck from the recesses of your mind. You have reached enlightenment because you have never left it. So, you have the ability to act as an angel, reaching out to others, offering miracles and love, now.”
Surrender. You are like a wave in the ocean, fearful that the ocean will swallow you, and you will be no more. Yet, you have been alive for eternity and always will be. Release your attachment to the dream you have made, and allow your true self, your eternal spirit, to shine through. Don’t fear being part of the ocean. Accept your role in this greatness, and you will realize how mighty you are, instead of how lonely and separated you feel.
Respond with love. Life is about learning to release and forgive everything that is not love. Every temptation to be anxious, guilty, or depressed is identification with fear—an attempt to make this dream real. Love is the recognition that you are an eternal being that can never be destroyed, attacked, or diminished in any way. When you respond with love, you remember your true self.

Why Would You Reincarnate Here? From Gail Minoque

From Gail Minoque

The Cycle of Life

Now here is a fascinating topic! The general public seldom talks to each other about reincarnation. I usually hear this type of discussion around “New Age” groupings or self-help groups. Some individuals truly believe they were some well-known person in a former life. People go to mediums and psychics and are told what or who they were in previous lives. Since nobody can prove them right or wrong, it makes good copy. It allows them to create reasons why they behave in such a way in life time. An example of this is someone believing their asthma problem in this life is caused by a smothering experience in a past life. Who knows? Sounds like imagination has taken over.

Generally speaking though, most of us haven’t a clue as to why we are here, how long we are supposed to stay and why here of all places. Why didn’t I land on Mars or some other unknown place out “there”? Did I recognize this place and say “home at last, Auntie Em, there is no place like home”. Did I just want to see what this amusement park was like? Why Los Angeles? Was I joining a bunch of angels here? Or disgruntled Dodger fans?

Reasons to Reincarnate Here

I preface the following information with the words: “It is my belief”…that there are several reasons why we reincarnate here. I will mention a few.

Balance Karma.

What is karma? This is the balancing act. If I punch you in the nose, you can be sure somebody will punch me back–sooner or later. It may not be you but someone will do the honors. If I have collected a bunch of this karma from living lives, chances are I have a bit of balancing to do. This is a great place to do it. There are no accidents on the Earth plane. Even those auto accidents are not simply accidents. We just can’t see how two complete strangers can meet each other on that road, in that spot at the same time of day. We just don’t know the history of these two individuals or the thread that was sewn many lifetimes ago.

Experience Free Will

We are given the gift of free will by our Creator. Nobody can interfere with your free will. When I speak of free will, I speak of the ability to choose how you will think about something. How you think will create decisions and actions based upon your thinking. It is a learning lesson for all of us to learn how to use our will wisely. We are not all created physically equal, but we are equal in how we are given the use of our thinking. This has nothing to do with intelligence. If we knew how powerful the mind is, we would understand that what we think eventually gets out-pictured in our world. Through our time here on the Earth plane we are given the opportunity to use our free will wisely and to eventually combine our human will with our divine will.

Experience Emotional Energy

When we are not on the Earth plane we can comprehend and intellectualize emotional energy but we cannot “feel” it. When we arrive on the Earth plane, we get to experience and “feel” all types of emotions, and through the use of our free will, learn how to respond. It is through our responses and the result of our actions that we learn to grow and evolve. This is one reason why we will re-create the same situation in our lives over and over again until we have mastered the emotions and grown from them. Lots of work for all of us in this are.

Benjamin Franklin’s Belief in Reincarnation

When writing my book “Divine Design–How You Created the Life You Are Living”, I came across the epitaph of Benjamin Franklin. He was a strong believer in reincarnation and wrote his epitaph by himself at the age of 22.

“The Body of B. Franklin, Printer, Like the Cover of an Old Book, Its Contents Torn Out and Stripped of its Lettering and Gilding, Lies Here, Food for Worms, But the Work shall not be Lost, For it will as He Believed, Appear Once More, In a New and more Elegant Edition, Revised and Corrected By the Author.”

If I don’t meet you in person in this lifetime, I look forward to meeting you in the next. Remember, you are setting the circumstances for future lives. Be wise in your behavior and decisions now.

Tina Gibson and her Magical Universe/ Surrendered Life– Is it all True Series #168

Gary Plapp and his Dowsers January meeting had the delightful speaker named Tina Gibson, a 5th and 6th Grade teacher. Tina, a Greg Braden disciple, had an interesting and profound way of communicating. We speak of Crystal/ Indigo children; well maybe she is a Crystal teacher. She spoke in visual sound bites, or I guess packets of wisdom to live by. If you take these packets (short sentences) and filter them through the right brain, it quickly explodes into a thousand words and concepts.

So here we go, life is meant to open our consciousness. A personal painful event is pivotal in being able to surrender to the infinite. Pain and discomfort create opportunity for change in our life. We must be willing to listen to enter a state of surrender. We must learn to be neutral in the presence of distress, for there is blessing in all events. We can show emotions, but don’t let emotions control our lives. Emotions are what separates us from most of the other species in the universe. They are what is “Human”.

Always let go, accept what is, and accept oneself in every way. Guide oneself by your feeling through the heart-mind. The quicker we all realize we are all perfect the quicker we can enjoy life’s journey.

With focused consciousness awaken into the zero-point, which is the part of the universe where personal creation takes place. Change is coming but not to be denied, and we live in a world of all possibilities. Our feeling can show us the way. And use synchronicity as your inner leader to guide you through your changing paths.

And finally, Life is a workshop, live through Life – and always, always take responsibility. Tina presented the above concepts of guidance through wonderful short stories. Thanks Tina.

Sleep tight – and surrender to the night – for the infinite will provide abundance and joy.

Everyone has probably had a premonition or two in their life. You remember them as some sort of strange feeling about something, even if you weren’t sure what it was really about.
Premonitions are a sign of precognition, a psychic ability we all have.
Firstly, think back to a time when you walked into a room and you just knew that something had just happened there. An argument, maybe, or something else. The point was you felt it in some way.
That proves you can feel things, that you can ‘get’ messages about what’s going on.
Premonition is usually associated with something fearful, some sort of forewarning of an event.
There have been lots of examples about how someone has had a premonition and it has saved their lives. Stories of people not getting on planes or trains which later crashed are easy to find.
Even the Titanic had far fewer passengers than had booked berths, and many of the workers on the ship didn’t show up for duty on the fateful maiden voyage.
In my work, I have come across people who have had a feeling that something wasn’t right. It wasn’t necessarily a premonition as such, just a strange feeling of things being out balance.
Occasionally, I have come across those who pretty much live with a feeling that something bad is going to happen in their home. They have no idea why, or in what way. They just have this feeling of it not being right.
More often I hear of people saying this sort of thing about going into a strange building. They just know something’s going to happen.

So what is it that happens to them?
Well, there are no disasters happening. No aircraft fall from the skies, they are not physically attacked and the building doesn’t fall on them.
But they are correct in their feeling that things aren’t right.
If you know about the human energy field you will know that there are unseen things which can affect it in various ways. So, although these people didn’t get physically attacked, they did get attacked in another way.
And that was what the warnings, the premonitions, were about.
If you get a feeling that something bad is going to happen to you if you go in a certain place and then nobody attacks you and nothing obvious happens, that doesn’t mean you were wrong!
What it probably means is that something did ‘get’ you, but not in a physical way. Perhaps you just picked up some negative energy and you later wonder why you feel so irritable.
Or maybe you actually got stuck with some other entity, being, ghost, call it what you like. However you name it or think of it, it’s something which isn’t you and yet it is affecting you.
Hospitals and graveyards are excellent places for having this sort of thing happen to you. In most cases you are more concerned about the reason for your visit than you are with the effects of the place on you. But ask yourself, how often have you been to places like that and left feeling ‘different’ than when you arrived? You know what I mean if it’s ever happened to you. You can recognize it.

So, if you have ever had a premonition before going to any place at all, take notice of it and then do some simple form of protection. Whatever works for you is fine. Prayer, smudging, visualization. They all can work.
Above all, don’t feel foolish! After all, you really want to go around being you all the time, don’t you? It’s better than being something else, isn’t it?
