Frank Wolak is a man of diversity; the highlights of his career path are as follows: second Lt. US Army Engineer, West Point Graduate, Master of Science, Nuclear Engineer MIT, oversaw construction of a nuclear reactor in Alaska, and over the last 30 years he has studied and researched the positive side of life and all its possibilities.

Frank discussed the concepts that affect our personal life and all its challenges and the intense positive energy of the Universe and its role in granting the answers to what we desire. He walked us through the 24,500-year cycle and the present movement between the third and the fourth dimensions. Frank spoke with great knowledge about how we all have free will, how we obtain it and how we need to keep it. The theme I enjoyed the most was that we are all God. You are a creator, and you are a God. Love of everything makes us as I say “Big”, and Fear is humanity’s biggest issue – as I say it makes us very small. We as humans have been in a brainwash mode since we were babies. We have been fed fear to keep us in a sub-potential role here on earth.

Frank spent a good portion of his discussion on the role of the right and left-brains. Frank is saying as we shift in the next year or so, we or some of us will start shifting more into a right brain world, a God consciousness world. The shift to 4th dimension will be an era of no time/space, only energy.

And to the infinite only ask what you agreed to, and you will be satisfied forever. And one last thing: Frank made us do an exercise – make a list from your heart of the things that you desire and give it to the infinite. Put the list in a safe place and forget about it. Wonderful things will happen to you and when you get the list out of that safe place, you will see the infinite spirit has lived up to the agreement it made with you, when you came to hang, here on earth.

I’m sure that by now most of you are aware of the fact that four nuclear power plants in Japan have been severely compromised by the recent 9.0 earthquake there. There is a mega question, which I believe will occupy the debate among UFO researchers for many years to come. The basic tough question is are any of the beings that walk among us from distant planets or have they always been here? Now the word always is relative, so let’s say the last 250,000 years. Several other researchers and myself believe there is a reasonable chance that Mars had an active civilization of some interesting type, and when a major Mars Change happened about 250,000 years ago, some of the beings were able to escape to earth. I believe that follows close to the Richard Hoagland theory.

In Hank Worbetz’s new and I think amazing book “Reflections of a UFO Investigator,” he concurs that ETs have been here for a very long time. I personally believe much longer than us humans, the latecomers to the party. I will talk more in the future about Hank’s blockbuster book, as I plan to do a series of posts about the book.

Ok, some definitions. ETs are of course extra-terrestrial, meaning from “off earth” and many feel the word means very far off earth, as in across the universe. TBs are terrestrial beings, being of this earth, always been here, I guess like us humans. And finally IDBs are interdimensional beings, but still of terrestrial origin, although there may be a side debate here as to how far out this dimensional thing extends. Some would say the dimensions extend to infinity. But I will say a force holds these dimensions to the earth plane anchoring them, making the IDBs terrestrial in their own strange way.

Now in the Worbetz book, one of his themes is that the US Government has been promoting strangely the extra-terrestrial origin theory, why? Good question, I think the Government wants us to believe their origin is off planet. So they will not have to explain that they (TBs) are a part of our world, a part of us. They also forestall the question of why the citizens of the world have been kept in the dark since July 1947, when the government recovered bodies from the crash at Roswell and probably became aware of their terrestrial origins. And according to Worbetz, their ship was made of all terrestrial earth materials.

The government really gets upset with anyone stating what I just stated. This Terrestrial Story can make them harass you out of the UFO business. And truly I don’t fully understand why, since just the truth about the existence of ETs, or IDBs – whatever you call them – would be enough to turn the world upside down. And as I have said in other postings with these powerful social networks and groups like WikiLeaks riding on the Internet, the lid is coming off the UFO conspiracy.

So first we need to put this in prospective: massive kills happen on a quite normal basis, but the disturbing thing is that most of the reasons given have proven that we know very little about what is truly causing these deaths.

So that was the unusual thing about the cause given for 2 million fish dying in Chesapeake Bay last week. The official reason was that super cold water killed them; the water in the bay was 3 plus degrees below normal. This is a very amazing event; it takes some profound event to make that happen. So I did some research on the US Navy Ocean Current archive website and checked out their interactive Gulf Stream flow maps. I found that the sub-currents which are fed from the Gulf Stream had all but stopped flowing into the bay. The Gulf Stream sub-streams are very warm currents and they are responsible for the amazing fish and crab beds in Chesapeake Bay. So this is bad, very bad, but going out further at a more global level, it looks like the pump that runs the machine called the Gulf Stream, located in the center north of the Gulf of Mexico, has re-formed into a weak eddy feature – an eddy feature which is not presently able to push large quantities of warm water up the East Coast, let alone across the ocean to warm England and Northern Europe.

It looks and feels like unless something really changes from some unknown source, Europe is in big trouble. This type of climate change happens very quickly. Remember the buttercups flash frozen in the stomach of the Mammoths, also caused by a very sudden climate change?

So keep an eye on England and Europe the balance of this winter; if record cold and snow happen and next summer is very short, it’s a mini-Ice Age. The result to humanity: millions will perish as cold winds blow into Southern Europe and Northern Africa. It will take the Gulf Stream maybe 10 to 20 years before it starts flowing correctly. In normal times it would have taken 100 to 150 years, but that thing they call Global Warming will lessen the duration of the world impact.

So what was the cause of the pump weakening in the Gulf? It just may be the oil spill, because massive oil on the surface of the water and at different layers can redistribute heat and change currents’ directions and overall intensity. We will never be sure, but the result could be a super disaster 100 times worse than the spill itself.

Sleep tight, but brace yourself if you live in the Northeast US, for this year or next you may experience the summer with no summer. And Northern Europe and UK will feel like just another winter day in Central Siberia.

The Fels Research institute discovered that the heart has 40,000 neurons, which make up its own independent nervous system, which communicates with the head-brain centers such as the amygdala, the thalamus, and the cerebral cortex. Dr. John and Bernice Lacey discovered that the brain doesn’t obey the head-brain, but rather takes signals and interprets them to make its own responses. Heartbeats, according to the Laceys, are a distinctive language of life. An EKG tells much, much more about the whole person than just the physical shape of the heart. It’s a true emotional gauge of the body and soul of the human being. Our creators made us very complex.

Another group called the HeartMath researchers found that love itself is a measurable phenomenon. HeartMath researchers Childre and Martin used certain techniques to access something they called “coherent heart intelligence.” When subjects focused attention on the heart through emotions such as love, appreciation, and caring, the researchers saw heartbeats changing into more peaceful patterns. These positive emotions activated good biochemical events in all organs of the body.

Matrix Energetic folks believe the heart is the channel to the right brain processor, so if you embrace the feeling of the positive event, the feeling alone brings forward the outcome. The path is the heart, to the right brain, to the zero-point field, which accesses all manifestations – then you are the creator.
