They talk about a guy named Thomas a security guard (Head) of the infamous underground base named Dulce (meaning in Spanish –sweet , in this case but not so sweet. Dulce base hundreds of feet underground , its entrance 125 miles south at Los Alamos, yes the underground shuttle -runs.
