Why all these Massive Kills of Fish and Birds? Could this be the big Change coming?

So first we need to put this in prospective: massive kills happen on a quite normal basis, but the disturbing thing is that most of the reasons given have proven that we know very little about what is truly causing these deaths.

So that was the unusual thing about the cause given for 2 million fish dying in Chesapeake Bay last week. The official reason was that super cold water killed them; the water in the bay was 3 plus degrees below normal. This is a very amazing event; it takes some profound event to make that happen. So I did some research on the US Navy Ocean Current archive website and checked out their interactive Gulf Stream flow maps. I found that the sub-currents which are fed from the Gulf Stream had all but stopped flowing into the bay. The Gulf Stream sub-streams are very warm currents and they are responsible for the amazing fish and crab beds in Chesapeake Bay. So this is bad, very bad, but going out further at a more global level, it looks like the pump that runs the machine called the Gulf Stream, located in the center north of the Gulf of Mexico, has re-formed into a weak eddy feature – an eddy feature which is not presently able to push large quantities of warm water up the East Coast, let alone across the ocean to warm England and Northern Europe.

It looks and feels like unless something really changes from some unknown source, Europe is in big trouble. This type of climate change happens very quickly. Remember the buttercups flash frozen in the stomach of the Mammoths, also caused by a very sudden climate change?

So keep an eye on England and Europe the balance of this winter; if record cold and snow happen and next summer is very short, it’s a mini-Ice Age. The result to humanity: millions will perish as cold winds blow into Southern Europe and Northern Africa. It will take the Gulf Stream maybe 10 to 20 years before it starts flowing correctly. In normal times it would have taken 100 to 150 years, but that thing they call Global Warming will lessen the duration of the world impact.

So what was the cause of the pump weakening in the Gulf? It just may be the oil spill, because massive oil on the surface of the water and at different layers can redistribute heat and change currents’ directions and overall intensity. We will never be sure, but the result could be a super disaster 100 times worse than the spill itself.

Sleep tight, but brace yourself if you live in the Northeast US, for this year or next you may experience the summer with no summer. And Northern Europe and UK will feel like just another winter day in Central Siberia.

Bumble Bees In U.S. Suffer Sharp Decline, Joining Countless Other Species Disappearing Worldwide– More bad signs

North American bees are disappearing at a rapid rate, signaling a dire threat to the production of countless food sources. The Guardian reports that four common species of U.S. bumble bees have declined 96 percent in recent decades, and scientists allege that disease and inbreeding are responsible.

Honey bees have long been known to be in decline, suffering from the enigmatic colony collapse disorder, and the latest research on U.S. bumble bees only exacerbates concerns over future food production, as bees are responsible for pollinating 90 percent of the world’s commercial plants, from fruits and vegetables to coffee and cotton.

While a correlation between the Nosema bombi fungus infection and the declining bumble bee populations was discovered, the culprit isn’t clearly defined. One of the study’s researchers told LiveScience that the data doesn’t necessarily verify that the disease is driving the decline, and other factors — like reduced adaptability to environmental changes as a result of inbreeding — are likely at play.

The bees join other pollinating insects that have been suffering increasing declines since the end of the 20th century, including moths and hoverflies, and the U.S. findings mirror similar studies examining bee declines around the world, with everything from increasing city development to pesticide use suggested as contributing causes.

Unfortunately, insects aren’t the only creatures suffering drastic losses to their populations. Tigers could be extinct in 12 years if efforts to protect their habitats and prevent poaching aren’t increased. A recent study across three continents showed snakes to be in rapid decline due to climate change. Overfishing and changing weather patterns have left 12 of the world’s 17 species of penguins experiencing steep losses in numbers. A recent World Wildlife Fund report found that all animals in the tropics have declined by 60 percent since 1970, with everything from gorillas to fish thinning out.

While the alarming drop in U.S. bumble bee populations is the latest news suggesting disastrous consequences from unpredictable climate change and environmental degradation, it is only a small portion of the bigger picture. Countless species are dying out at increasing rates, and the unforeseen effects from such losses could likely be devastating to the environment.

Signs of Higher Consciousness

I am sure you are aware that the transition to oneness consciousness or 5th dimensional reality is taking place at an alarming speed. While this shift to higher consciousness is what we have all been waiting for for the past 25 years, most people find the changes somewhat unnerving or confusing. They often don’t understand what is happening and think they are the only ones experiencing these changes. To bring greater clarity, I will provide what can be expected as we go through these transformational times.

When we shift to a higher consciousness, it affects all aspects of our lives. Not only have I been experiencing this myself, but from speaking with many people, have received confirmation that this is occurring to others everywhere. So here are some of the changes you can expect:

We will feel an increased concern for others and for the planet and all living beings upon it. There will be an increased desire to “go green” as much as possible as we understand that the planet is a living being and that we have a dynamic relationship with her. With this increased understanding, we will become more responsible and not to waste resources by recycling and using less energy. Although there is talk in the media about water and food shortages in the future, there will be enough for everyone if we use less so that everyone can survive.

The shift may bring a change in how and what you eat. Some people may decide to become vegetarian or vegan while others may prefer to eat only organic. It is important to tune into your body on an hourly basis to see what your body wants to eat and drink rather than eating out of habit or old patterning.

Our choice of entertainment will change. We may no longer desire to watch movies or TV programs with violent content. The popularity of such programs in the past allowed the public to vicariously fulfill their own inner violent desires. As we become more peaceful within, we will no longer need a source to express our violent tendencies. We will prefer TV programs or movies that are more loving, informative or have a moral message. We may prefer to listen to uplifting music, spend more time in nature, partake in creative activities and enjoy quality time with friends and loved ones.

While it is nice to be informed, the news for the most part it is negative and fear focused. Fear sells which is why it is so popular. Also watching the news before you go to sleep can cause people to have bad dreams in which they relive the fearful situations shown on TV. I personally have not watched or listened to the news for years and am still able to remain informed. With the ready availability of the Internet you can choose which topics and viewpoints you would prefer.

With the shift to higher consciousness there is a tendency towards less materialism. More people are living self-sustainable lifestyles. Even if self-sustainability is not your thing, buying only what you really need is a new trend. Too many people spend their free time in shopping malls putting themselves in debt instead of looking for more fulfilling pastimes.

Take a moment and think about where you spend your recreational time. Is it at shopping malls, in nature, spending quality time with family or friends or doing things that bring you fulfillment? Many people feel stressed by life and are starting to make conscious choices about how they want to spend their time, energy and resources.

Part of the shift is finding that you are spending more time alone. Some people do not like to be alone and feel lonely while others relish solitary times. Spending time alone in contemplation can be very profitable as it allows you time to reflect on your life, what direction you would like your life to go in, any changes you would like to make, and so on. When we spend time alone it allows us an opportunity to focus our energy on our own needs, wants and feelings. Relationships, while very enjoyable are time consuming and make demands upon us. Everyone should make time in their day for quiet time alone rather than needing to fill up any free time watching TV, playing video games or distracting yourself with outer activities and other people’s needs.

If you find yourself spending more time alone, this may be due to the fact that some old acquaintances have drifted out of your life. This usually occurs not because there was some disagreement but because of the Law of Attraction. If you are moving forward on your spiritual path and your friends and family have not chosen that direction, you will find that you have less in common and the bonds that held you together have loosen. So don’t feel bad when friends that you have known for many years don’t feel like the right fit any more. They are not rejecting you. This is an affirmation that you are growing spiritually. You will notice that just as people go out of your life, new friends will come into your life to replace them. Nature abhors a vacuum. You will find that the people entering your life will align better with your new interests and who you are becoming.

I feel it would be wise to take time to look through your life and see who you enjoy spending time with and what activities bring you pleasure. Do you enjoy the time you spend with others or are you there only because you are expected to be? Do you do things out of habit or because you thoroughly enjoy them?

Your interests will change and you may find yourself having a desire to join groups whose interests have a more spiritual leaning. You may prefer reading spiritual or self-empowering literature or attend classes that enlighten you. You will desire to spend more time in meditation and in nature because being in nature is relaxing. Trees and water give off calming energy which is why people like to go to the country or be by an ocean or lake during vacation. Pay attention to how you like to spend your time.

Manifesting is occurring much faster these days so be sure to be clear on what you would like to manifest or else you will create unconscious messes in your life and then will feel like a victim. The reason manifesting is speeding up is because in a higher energy field things occur much quicker. To confirm this to yourself, ask for something you want and see how long it takes to manifest.

Along with higher consciousness comes an increase in psychic abilities. This is a natural occurrence and proof that we are surrounded by higher energy. The higher the energy, the more information it contains and the easier it becomes to access this information. So trusting your intuition is a must. Whether you are aware of it or not, we are being guided at all times by spirits who have a greater viewpoint and therefore know what is best for us. Of course we can refuse their guidance but my suggestion is that you try to listen and give whatever guidance you are receiving a chance.

Going with the flow and saying yes to whatever shows up in your life may be a better strategy than trying to control events out of fear. If you are a fearful person, your attention will be focused on all the bad things that can happen and this will only increase your fear. If you take time to notice that life is unfolding as it is meant to be, even if it is not necessarily as you expected or wanted it to be, you will realize that everything is proceeding according to the divine plan.

Your interest in holistic medicine will increase as you realize you are responsible for creating the state of your health through your thoughts and actions. When you understand and are willing to take responsibility for creating your health or lack thereof, you will also discover that you can improve your health by thinking and acting more positively. Whatever YOU created can only be changed by YOU as you create our reality. In realizing this fact, you will no longer desire to give away your power to medical personnel and expect them to heal you. You will understand that YOU hold the power to heal yourself. This is not to say you should never go to a doctor. It is understanding that the doctor did not create your condition and can only treat the symptoms that you created.

You may experience a desire to do some form of creativity. Too often we don’t find the time to do creative work. All forms of creativity leave us feeling relaxed because when we are creative we allow positive energy to flow through us. The form of creativity does not matter nor is the product we produce. All that matters are pleasurable feelings we experience.

You may feel a need to get more involved supporting causes you believe in. Too often we leave it up to others to help the less fortunate or those who have no voice like animals. In doing so, we miss out on the enjoyment and pleasure we receive from giving and helping others. So get involved and do your part.

You will notice that your relationships are changing. For some people this may result in break-ups while others may attract new relationships. Relationships always provide mirrors for us and reflect where we are on our path of growth. So pay attention to who is in your life right now. Ask what the people in your life are reflecting back to you about yourself. It could be something positive you do not acknowledge in yourself or something you consider a negative trait which you refuse to admit you possess. Relationships, while painful at times, are always wonderful learning tools. When you ask yourself how your relationships can serve you rather than being disappointed when your expectations are not met, you can facilitate your spiritual growth. Everyone is in your life for a reason. There really are no mistakes.

You may want to keep a journal of your changing feelings and beliefs including who and what opportunities and challenges are showing up. This will provide your own personal record of the shifts you are undergoing and your interactions with the world around you.

The Chicken Which Should be Banned- Posted By Dr. Mercola

Do you put dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent made of silicone, in your chicken dishes?

How about tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a chemical preservative so deadly that just five grams can kill you?

These are just two of the ingredients in a McDonalds Chicken McNugget. Only 50 percent of a McNugget is actually chicken. The other 50 percent includes corn derivatives, sugars, leavening agents and completely synthetic ingredients.

Organic Authority helpfully transcribed the full ingredients list provided by McDonalds:

“White boneless chicken, water, food starch-modified, salt, seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, wheat starch, natural flavoring (botanical source), safflower oil, dextrose, citric acid, rosemary), sodium phosphates, seasoning (canola oil, mono- and diglycerides, extractives of rosemary).

Battered and breaded with: water, enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, food starch-modified, salt, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium lactate), spices, wheat starch, whey, corn starch.

Prepared in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to preserve freshness). Dimethylpolysiloxane added as an antifoaming agent.”

There’s no doubt about it. Processed food like that from McDonald’s is just not part of a healthful diet – in fact, much of it cannot even pass for real food.

After reviewing the above article I am very grateful I can say I have never had a Chicken McNugget from McDonald’s. If you can’t say the same at least you can commit to never having another one again.

This sentiment was echoed by Federal Judge Robert Sweet in a lawsuit against the restaurant chain back in 2003 when he said:

“Chicken McNuggets, rather than being merely chicken fried in a pan, are a McFrankenstein creation of various elements not utilized by the home cook.”

At the time, Time Magazine reported that Judge Sweet “questioned whether customers understood the risks of eating McDonald’s chicken over regular chicken.”

That was seven years ago, and I still wonder whether or not McDonald’s customers truly understand the risks they take when consuming fast food on a regular basis.

If you missed Morgan Spurlock’s documentary Super-Size Me, I highly recommend you watch it with your entire family. It’s a real-life illustration of just how dangerous – life threatening, in fact – an excessive fast food diet can really be. And “excessive” consumption is likely far less than you imagine: Eating fast food just twice a week DOUBLES your risk of developing insulin resistance, compared to eating it just once a week, for example. Insulin resistance, as I’ve discussed on many occasions, is one of THE primary driving factors behind most of the diseases we currently struggle with, from diabetes to cancer and heart disease…

The truth is, McDonald’s fare contain non-food ingredients that can seriously harm your health.

This shouldn’t come as any great surprise. After all, how healthful can something be that shows no signs of decomposing after being left on a counter for more than a decade?

Clearly there’s more chemicals in there than actual, real foodstuff.

Chicken McNuggets: “Made With White Meat”… and What Else?

According to McDonald’s, their chicken nuggets are “made with white meat, wrapped up in a crisp tempura batter.” But as the article above shows, these chicken nuggets are a far cry from what you might expect, based on that description.

About half of it is actual chicken. The rest is a mix of corn-derived fillers and additives (most likely genetically modified), along with a slew of synthetic chemicals, including:

Dimethyl polysiloxane, a type of silicone with anti-foaming properties used in cosmetics and a variety of other goods like Silly Putty
Tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a petroleum-based product with antioxidant properties
The latter, TBHQ, is typically listed as an “antioxidant,” but it’s important to realize it is a SYNTHETIC chemical with antioxidant properties – NOT a natural antioxidant.

The chemical prevents oxidation of fats and oils, thereby extending shelf life of processed foods. It’s a commonly used ingredient in processed foods of all kinds, but you can also find it in varnishes, lacquers, pesticide products, as well as cosmetics and perfumes to reduce the evaporation rate and improve stability.

At its 19th and 21st meetings, the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives determined that TBHQ was safe for human consumption at levels of 0-0.5 mg/kg of body weight. However, more recently, the Codex commission set the maximum allowable limits up to between 100 to as much as 400 mg/kg, depending on the food it’s added to. (Chewing gum is permitted to contain the highest levels of TBHQ.)

That’s quite a discrepancy in supposedly “safe” limits!

So, is the safe level zero, or 400 mg/kg? Who knows?!

According to A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives, one gram of TBHQ can cause:

Nausea
Vomiting
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
Delirium
Sense of suffocation
Collapse
Based on animal studies, health hazards associated with TBHQ include:

liver effects at very low doses
positive mutation results from in vitro tests on mammalian cells
biochemical changes at very low doses
reproductive effects at high doses
The good news is that it is not suspected to be a persistent toxin, meaning your body is probably able to eliminate it so that it does not bioaccumulate.

REAL Food “Lives” and “Dies”

I recently commented on the curious ability of McDonald’s food to remain impervious to degradation. It’s as if the food has been embalmed to stay “fresh” forever! After sitting on a shelf for 14 years, the hamburger bun has yet to develop a single trace of mold. It’s barely even begun to shrivel…

Folks, these buns bear absolutely no resemblance to real bread, and when you read the list of ingredients, this mysterious mummification feature becomes less of a mystery.

Here are just a few of the ingredients in a McDonald’s hamburger bun:

calcium sulfate (aka Plaster of Paris)
calcium carbonate (Antacid medication)
ammonium sulfate (According to MSDS,“harmful if swallowed”)
ammonium chloride (Causes irritation to the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea)
calcium propionate (Preservative)
sodium propionate (Mold inhibitor)
Always remember that wholesome, health-promoting food is “live” food, and the hallmark of live food is the fact that it will decompose.

The fact that these burgers, buns, and fries do not decompose, even after a decade or two, is a clear sign that it’s just not real food, and should not be part of your diet.

You Are What You Eat…

The bottom line is that if you want to stay healthy, and keep your children healthy, you have to avoid fast food and other processed foods, and invest some time in your kitchen, cooking from scratch. Reclaiming your kitchen is part and parcel of healthful living, so you know exactly what you’re putting in your body.

Ideally, you’ll want to consume as much whole, raw, organic and/or locally grown foods as possible. That’s one of the major reasons why vegetable juicing works so well – you’re consuming living raw food!

Most vegetables also have very low carbohydrate levels that minimally disturb insulin metabolism – another important trait of a healthful diet — but there is something very special about vegetable juicing and eating live raw foods in general.

In addition, I believe optimal health is also largely dependent on eating the right foods for your nutritional type. I think this is such an important part of an optimal diet that I am now offering the entire Nutritional Typing program to you for free.

And if you have children, remember that feeding your children home cooked meals can have far reaching benefits, extending even to your future grandchildren. Yes, that’s right! It is now well known that dietary changes can prompt epigenetic DNA changes that can be passed on to future generations. For instance, pregnant rats fed a fatty diet had daughters and granddaughters with a greater risk of breast cancer.

Making wise food decisions can literally “override” genetic predispositions for disease.

If we could only find the truth here – Update More Than 5,000 Dead Birds Fall From Sky In Arkansas– HAARP anyone ?

BEEBE, Ark. — Environmental service workers finished picking up the carcasses on Sunday of about 5,000 red-winged blackbirds that fell dead from the sky in a central Arkansas town.

Mike Robertson, the mayor in Beebe, told The Associated Press the last dead bird was removed about 11 a.m. Sunday in the town about 40 miles northeast of Little Rock. He said 12 to 15 workers, hired by the city to do the cleanup, wore environmental-protection suits for the task.

The birds had fallen Friday night over a 1-mile area of Beebe, and an aerial survey indicated that no other dead birds were found outside of that area. The workers from U.S. Environmental Services started the cleanup Saturday.

Robertson said the workers wore the suits as a matter of routine and not out of fear that the birds might be contaminated. He said speculation on the cause is not focusing on disease or poisoning.

Several hundred thousand red-winged blackbirds have used a wooded area in the town as a roost for the past several years, he said. Robertson and other officials went to the roost area over the weekend and found no dead birds on the ground.

“That pretty much rules out an illness” or poisoning, the mayor said.

Arkansas Game and Fish Commission ornithologist Karen Rowe said Saturday the birds showed physical trauma, and speculated that “the flock could have been hit by lightning or high-altitude hail.”

The commission said that New Year’s Eve revelers shooting off fireworks could have startled the birds from their roost and caused them to die from stress.

Robby King, a wildlife officer for the commission, collected about 65 dead birds, which will be sent for testing to the state Livestock and Poultry Commission lab and the National Wildlife Health Center lab in Madison, Wis.
